It's always a treat to read something that, one who knows how to craft the spoken word such as this, compels you to read it to the end.

Great tie end to the intended showplace.

Maybe one day, I will pursure my Austin Relocation Center in the form of a similar blog.

    Nice Job!

Yeah Gerry is an incredibly tallented writer, I am blessed to have him on my team - what I like about the post (And about Gerry in general) is that he doesn't seem to hold back, he shares how he feels, (Even the embarrassing parts) - his descriptions of even the smallest things are always beautifl and apt, and his honesty (Like you said) makes you want to read the entire blog. I think this is what makes blogs special (And slightly different than content pages) you can get a bit personal, and less professional - they help you connect with your readers as a real person

Wonderful article, Gerry, although I’ll confess to being on edge until the end. I’m glad you avoided the boat traffic and got away with just a few jelly fish stings (ouch-I hate it when that happens).

I read it. it was good. It made me think of the upcoming trip to my childhood home in Cloquet Minnesota with my 9 year old son in a few weeks. All the things and places we will visit that I have not seen in 12 years or more. It should be fun. Not sure how real estate related it would be but perhaps I will write a blog about it.

You just answered your own question. What are the things and places (real estate) that you will be showing your son? Take pictures, relate to how it has changed in the past 12 years and what you like about it.

While the blog by Gerry is adventure related and a crazy swim, it makes the surrounding real estate seem very interesting. Especially with the great satellite imagery that was used to detail the trip.

I read his blog. It is very good. It has a simple to use format. I like the menu drop at the top of his page,( sorry, don't know what that is called). It is user friendly and full of info. I hear from clients that they like blogs with info about what to do, photos and your own stories. It makes them feel more connected than to a dry listings blog.

I would love to learn how to do this. Is there a place at REW where one can learn this?
