    Default Gov't & REO properties

Where can I find a list foreclosed, distressed, Gov't & REO properties for buyers with out paying a monthly service fee?

If membership requiring a monthly service fee is recommended, please offer a recommendation of reliable service providers.

    Thanks

    Question

Does anyone deal with Huds and ever used that teacher nextdoor or officer next door program?

I have a good friend who was doing 100-150 HUD deals a year before everyone and their mother wanted to get into real estate investing.
I have done a few deals with him.

    What exactly is the question?

Hey Jeff.... I guess it's safe to assume that there are no spelling bee trophies sitting on your mantel

Rich I should pull out an email this teacher sent me today... I got three email one after another correcting errors... and on the last one they wanted to know if a property was available, but failed to mention an address. I responded you must of been to busy correcting my grammar to write an address. There response (We hate to say it, but it is "too busy correcting the grammar,"not "to") LOL

I'd be interested in some CA sites too. I came across one a long time ago that listed locations in Long Beach but they were pretty scary looking. However, we might as well get familiar with all the sites so that we'll be ready for the next crash/deflation in real estate!
