in many county's for CA you can sign up to get forclosed stuff for free via a title company. I ahve one I use here in SD, but haven't bought anything via foreclosure yet.. soon enough i'd guess....
In my experience with foreclosure listing sites....most of them are months behind on their info. Many people contact me about our foreclosures that were sold months ago. THe best thing to do is just visit more than one site to get your current foreclosures......and never pay for any list of websites.
