Has anyone used a virtual assistant. What can they do for you.

I have an office with 120 agents.

Several use virtual assistants of varying types. The answer is that they can do almost anything for you EXCEPT show property (grin). The challenge for most REALTORS is that they have a hard time relingquishing control. Once they get into a comfortable "groove" with an assistant (vitrual or otherwise) then they are fine.

I think another key is to NOT look at the VA as a cost saving venture, but more as finding the BEST assistant available because you are not limited to the local labor market. It is NOT IMO a way to outsource your labor on the cheap, but rather a way to reduce a PIECE of your workload to SPECIALISTS that are specifically trained to handle your many, varied tasks.

I contacted a virtual assistant before and was shocked at the rate they wanted $50 per hour. I wanted help with my ppc management, needless to say I didn't hire her when she asked what ppc management was. Of course I know there are great virtual assistants out there that are probaly worth it, you just need to find the right one.

I've never used one but a good friend of mine has and she loves it. It's worked out great for her.
