2 new listings in one day! Proof that ActiveRain & direct mailing works! YAY!

I got 2 new listings in one day today! Thanks to ActiveRain (seller found me there, I am #1 for my area) and a postcard mailing I did for $300 over 3 months ago - I guess those direct mailings DO work sometimes - even if you get one listing out of it, its worth it, right? I guess the guy kept my postcard knowing he wanted to sell sooner than later! YAY!

P.S. Getting lots of leads from my real estate MySpace page too, although some of them are deadbeat buyers (i.e. zero credit), a few are decent.

It depends on what that one (1) listing cost you in terms of resources (time, money, effort, etc.) and opportunity costs.

Congrats, wow very very good, I wish my farm would pick up a little, Getting kind of quiet on the farm considering they are getting something every 3 weeks, and yet no calls, then again their has only been 2 actual new listings in the past 6 months, the rest were expired fast relist listings which was kind of anoying as I did not get even a call or interview before they relisted, and i made sure that each and everyone of them was getting farm material just like everyone else.
