Part of my Sunday was spent checking 67 links from USA exchanged in January.
Guys over there - you finally did it - 100 % were removed.

Is metal disability contagious or congenital I wonder

Yep.. we have given link exchanges quite a bit, only to find that when we check back on a later date they were removed for whatever reason. Sometimes people say that they revamped their site and in the course of that it got deleted. (among other reasons) For the MOST part, we have found that most agents do keep them.

This same issue frustrates me. It seems we are constantly finding other sites have dropped our links. I am almost to the point of hiring someone to do this because the time we are spending is ridiculous. We are auditing links today and already have quite a few that have dropped us.

IYou're finding out that links between agents don't generally work out and it takes up a lot of your time. That's why agent-to-agent links are not part of the "natural" link structure of the web.

    They never have been.

Agents began linking with agents to basically "spam" Google into thinking they were popular sites. It is a solution that did work, and may still work, but...the day is coming when it won't work (opinion).

Isn't there a thread somewhere on here where Yahoo is penalizing unnatural link structures?
