I have been involved in evaluating a CRM solution for a Home builder recently and It's driving me crazy. Many of the solutions out there have great features, but none of them seem to have everything.
I have looked at
Builder1440
Lead Velocity
SalesForce.com
Entellium
Sage CRM
Maximizer
SalesLogix
and a couple of others.
Can anyone recommend a CRM that has outlook integration, campaign tracking, and a contract module? Preferable geared towards the builder industry. That you don't have to spend an arm and leg for.

Free is always good. Thanks for that! Look interesting. If I had time I would be able to make this work for them but I have my own business to develope. I'm going to dig into this a bit.
