Relo is indeed a registered trademark.

Exactly why Jay has been fighting it... it seems to be a common use word not something most would associate with a trademark. But, none-the-less it is indeed trademarked.

I am on another forum where they are claim "mls" is trademarked by mlsDOTcom. I think major league soccer had it first. Lawyers love this business.

I saw that. Our MLS just changed some of their recent rules and I saw where another association was taken to court where it was settled privately.

Correct me if I am wrong, but I thought the whole point of trademarking was to keep the public from being confused between services.

I was just referring to this particular company. Directories are a good place to place ads.
