Do we have any Realtors or Agents using TOP Producer?

I pay for Top Producer every month but I haven't used it much.

I have Top Producer 7i and I'm pretty sure I remember reading somewhere that it has this capability. I'm really not familiar with all of it's features. Sorry.

Is there any setup or startup Fee?

Not that I remember, but I did pay a one-time fee of approx. $150 to be able to pull data from the local MLS.

Sounds like a lot of agents get Top Producer and very few use it much.

Does anyone know of a better contact management system?

Does anyone use "ACT"? It might just do the job for contact management and follow up for you all.. I dont think it has drip email but it might in newer versions.
