Read the comments that others have said about my material. If you can't generate business using these tools, you need to re-think your profession!

My advice is to start with FSBOs. They can use you to pre-qualify prospective buyers. You should create a pre-app and a property information sheet with your contact information on it. I have a complete FSBO package in my Loan Officer 101 kit. Watch the free seminar. You will get a lot out of it.
