Nice and clean, but you really need to learn how to
optimize images for the web, your homepage took 15 seconds to load because of the size of the first image, you need to reduce the filesize drastically or you will loose most of your visitors.

I would defenitly work on the photos. They are very good quality but if you go to the bottom of the page all the photos above it need to be downloaded before anything happens, and that takes a long time. Maybe have different pages for the different resorts and pictures.

I agree, pics are still loading and I've been looking over site for at least 5 minutes, try some thumbnails or reducing image size. Also, I would possibly consider different background color or adding some additional content, forms, features to fill in the void. Overall looks like a site with some great potential
