Referral Network Leads?

I was wondering if anyone here is just in a referral network, vs. an active realtor. I have my license, but move frequently because of my husband's job and am not wanting to practice real estate actively. I am in a referral network and would like to capitalize on that. (I can refer people to realtors anywhere but cannot practice, give any advice, etc., essentially just the middleman. Any tips for getting referrals and/or building a "business" by just doing referrals? Thanks in advance.
