Default Need suggestions on new subdivision

My dad is the listing agent for the Kingman Air-Rail manor subdivision. There are 176 lots, four structures finished and ready for sale. Things are starting out slow, does anyone have any suggestions to kick this thing off.

I'm assuming that what you're asking is how to get more traffic, right? In a word, "Promotion." Let everyone know that the subdivision is available. As basic as that sounds it works miracles.

I gotta wonder if he sold them, since when you click on his links, they come up with nothing?

He would of had to work harder at not selling them vs. selling them to have not sold new homes in the state of Arizona during 2004-2005. This whole state was ridiculous and everything sold even up there in Kingman.
