Great read. I think SEO is definitely GREY. There are so many ways to help your site get ranked and some of them are going to be considered questionable. But the bottom line is that if there is EVER a customer that find your business through these so called "dark" areas, it was worth it for all parties.

Ummmm what? To gain one customer while risking the potential to gain hundreds makes no sense at all - SEO is a long term strategy, that needs to be built on best practices so that it is sustainable.
