Question Top 10 realtor sites. Who's do you think are the best?

First off I'm not talking best search engine ranking or even SEO friendly.
I'm also not looking for the best company to build them (we already know that title goes to REW) I'm just looking for the most innovative, user friendly sites that are likely to turn the inquisitive into home buyers.

I'm looking for new ideas for my sites and rather than search the net myself for a month I was wondering if you could help a lazy man out and post a few of your favorite REALTOR sites, or REALTOR sites you wish you had created yourself or would have created if you had enough money to pay someone else to make them for you.

I think the best sites are tuned or optimized for conversion based on their targeted audience or intended customers so I don't think "best real estate site" is refined enough. What are you looking to accomplish?

    For instance:
Best website in a local market to attract buyers looking to purchase average priced condos. Or million dollar price + residential listings that sort of thing.

For instance, I love your http://www.condosrehobothbeach.com design, and I "hope" that it is great for your visitors interested in accessing available condos and townhomes in your area - but I don't think you will get to many residential listings from it, know what I mean?

That's why I have 5 sites for 5 different target markets.
Thanks for the link love It's been bringing in a good deal of traffic these days but 99.9% of my potential buyers need to sell a primary home first. If they really are all telling the truth I may have 20 or 30 condos sold by this time next year...

Basically I'm interested in great looking sites or innovative features.

I'm teaching myself php and working on a pretty neat new graphing feature that I have not seen on anyone else's site. I'm also working on some "click and drag" these listings into your favorites folder and then e-mail them to me features.
I've got a few other things that I'm working on but I don't want to give it all away yet. I'm sure I'll have 10 copycats within 6 moths of releasing it.

So who else has neat features or a better way to sort/select/preview listings?

Who has a site that looks so good you just want to sit and look at it for hours and drool?

Jim's site is my favorite: http://www.jimolenbush.com/

If and when I have a custom design done, I want mine to look as close as his without violating copyright stuff.

My favorites are Marc's site www.thesarasotamls.com in Sarasota and www.prestonguyton.com in Myrtle Beach.

I remembered the cool site I was trying to think of - http://www.estately.com/map (you guys deserve a live link) check out their cool add features drop down in the search. It's quite a good site all around I would have to say.

Also a client recently showed me this one http://halstead.com/search.aspx I like how when you click a region in the regular search, it highlights the area in the map.
