Help... trying to create a new sitemap

I have a Myers website and have heard that you should upload a new sitemap that is more Google friendly. If that makes any sense. So I got a new sitemap and uploaded it, but it doesn't look good. (It looks like this but a whole lot more of it

When I look at sitemaps on other sites, they are like a nice list of contents. I hope I haven't screwed things up, my site was doing so good with all the suggestings I've been getting here on REW. It just jumped fro 57-20 this last week in the search for my county.

Any suggestions on where to get the best sitemap? and any tricks on uploading would be greatly appriciated.

The best site map for google is the one you set up with google webmaster tools.

It is not visible to the public so keep the one you have.
