The following message is a warning on my Google webmaster tools and is a result of the switchover from my old website to my new website. My old site had 29 pages (on http: // buyhawkeye .com) that have been redirected to 14 pages (on http: //www .buyhawkeye .com).

"URLs not followed
When we tested a sample of the URLs from your Sitemap, we found that some URLs were not accessible to Googlebot because they contained too many redirects. Please change the URLs in your Sitemap that redirect and replace them with the destination URL (the redirect target). All valid URLs will still be submitted."

Is the solution as simple as deleting my old sitemap that Google has on file? It certainly isn't located in my root directory.

Thanks for any and all help.
