My name is Ray and my handle (?) is raycon. I am a Realtor/Investor... mostly investor. I am interested in doing BPO's so I am browsing the 'net to learn all I can. I have found several comanies that I will apply to. Question... it appears that E&O insurance is generally required to contract with a BPO Company, yet I don't qualify for the insurance because I do not actually list houses or sell them for other owners. I just buy for my own portfolio. Any one have an answer to this delimma?

Welcome Ray. I know nothing about E&O insurance except that I pay $75 every quarter for it and my broker requires that I have it. Good luck with your search!
