    Default Agent Website Review...

Please feel free to provide feedback on my current website. I am very anxious to hear any and all comments. Currently I have been online for about 5 months.

Thanks in advance for your time!

This is a small one, but something looks odd about how the top of the page doesn't have a border or perhaps some of the blue you have on the sides. It looks like it is crammed up to the top. In general I like the colors etc. I am looking at it with explorer 6.0.

I like the design. I would work on the framed in home search and featured homes. The double scroll bars gets a little confusing.

Aesthetically it looks nice. Easy to navigate, move around.

    Areas of possible improvement:
Lots of blue space on the left and right side of the screen. This makes it feel like the text in the middle is cramped and a lot of it (even though there really isn't).

On my screen (I'm 1024x768 and using Firefox), approximately 35-40% of the page is "header" pictures (before you start scrolling down the screen). While they are pretty - they aren't clickable, and don't add anything beyond aesthetics. I'd look at reducing the height or size of the photos. It feels like you are looking at a photo album more so than a real estate site.

Overall I think it looks very good. Like Calum said "the double scroll bars get a little confusing" I would get that changed if possible. It also takes a while for the home search to load. Is there anyway you can speed that up? Good work for 5 months!

The home, About Gary, Community, Resources, Contact pages look great. THe featured home and seach pages are poor. The feature page has too many clashing colors, it uses on part of the page horizontaly yet requires a horizontal scroll bar. The same goes for the listing page and the search page.

Redo the pages using the color scheme on the front page.

Hi Gary and pardon me for being brutally honest. I clicked on your Wilmington page and the text just did not seem as though it was written by a layman. I ran copyscape on that page and sure enough it appears as though a majority of the page is just copied and pasted from the Wilmington Chamber of Commerce.

How many times have we heard that content is king? Perhaps that should be "original content is king".

Makes me want to visit the beach!

I'd change "that" to "who" because it sounds more personal in the first sentence below your About Gary photo:

"I see myself as a trusted real estate advisor who works ..."

    Nice site, Gary!

I like it quite a bit. It's really clean and well laid out. It also loads really quickly. I dig it
