    Default Too Many Leads!!!

Guys I'm about to have more than I can handle. Right now I get about 120 buyer leads monthly via the internet. That number is about to kick up to about 5-600 monthly, in about a 60 mile radius of where I am. I am not familiar with a couple of the areas that the leads will be coming from.
I was going to just charge other agents a referral fee.

What do you guys think is fair as far as referral fees for hot leads i.e. buy within the next month.

I'm sure agents would gladly give you a 25% referral fee.

    a 25% referral works.

Hiring an assistant is even better.

Odd that you would be promoting "raccoon control" and "parental control software" (which is a dead link by the way) in your sig.

If you're a person: Congrats - too much business is a good a problem to have. 25-30% is relatively common.

If you're part of an upcoming spam effort with bogus responses of blatant self promotion from other newbies with under 10 posts: blatant self promotion isn't welcome here.

I really do have too many leads and I'm not spam.
If you are a 24/7 Realtor and would like to work at the beach shoot me off an e-mail :-) I'm looking for an experienced agent who hates advertising & marketing. I hate showing & love marketing so we would make a great team.

Real person. We've had other members of the animal control business sign up here.

EDIT: Rainbow, this is definitely a good problem to have. Get as many as you can just in case it stops! (knock on wood )

I agree with Jeff Hill... Hire an assistant! Find a talented one. This will have a better return than collecting a referral fee. If not, agents are happy to take a buyer for 20% - 25% referral.
