I have never liked the whole Google search application (At least the free one) available from Google, I don't want to promote my competitors with ads or be forced to have some crappy search results page - I guess I never really looked into it, I imagine if you went enterprise level you would have a lot more customization options (But that is what they said about tracking when I signed up as an enterprise level Google Maps partner, and months later STILL NO TRACKING CODES! << I am currently mad at Google for this if it wasn't obvious
