Default Recommending an awesome website solution specialist.

I recently had Vlado Tovarnak do some work on my site. He did the most amazing job. He made sure I was happy with every aspect of the design. He also has great communication skills and followed up his work even after it was completed. The job was completed in less than 10 days. WOW
He specifically did a custom design for an Advance MLS search using IDX data, created a custom search map, and wrote scripts for updating the IDX data. I’m sure he did a lot of other things that are beyond my understanding (evident by the amount of code and files added to my server/host).
I have been trying to get someone to do this kind of design for a while. I could only find people that would technically rent me an “IDX solution” for a monthly fee and a one time payment upfront. Vlado charged me a flat fee and that’s it. I’m very happy and would strongly recommend him to anyone interested in incorporating MLS searches into their website. Check my home page for a look at his work.

Looks nice, and nice of you to give kudos to those that deserve it.
    Makes me wonder...
Does having a form on the index page help in the eyes of the SE?

I don't think forms help with search engines at all. I just have it there for ease of use.

If you notice though, I do have my targeted keywords in the description of the form. It helped me get my keywords used higher up in the page.

Kyle, thank you for your recommendation. I'm so glad you were satisfied with my work. You know, I promised some improving of your MLS, yet. And I hope your new content added to your site will be soon indexed by crawlers and help a lot with SERPs

OK, maybe I missed this part... What does Vlado do?

    I did that.

Is "custom design for an Advance MLS search using IDX data" the limits of his abilities?

I'm not trying to be a smartass... If he's good, I want to know what he does, so I can consider him for my jobs.

Vlado, got a "resume" or "abilities" pitch?

I only know what he did for me, which is what I stated in the post, and I am quite happy with the results. I am not trying to market it skills, I was only showing appretiation. The work he did for me added about 500 dynamic pages that are changed to static pages so they are search engine friendly, to my site and that was one of my main objectives.
