Desparate... Must Sell REO's from 45 Cents On The Dollar...

I have Bank REOs for 45-55 cents on the dollar. They are available in all 50 states. Each exist on custom, private lists, and include all property types. All fees are included in the final price (but, California, New York, $ Texas 3-4% higher). We structured them into large blocks- $50 million dollars. But, our minimum purchase price is 5 million and orders can go up to very high Billions.

To ensure your investors reorder, we’ve streamlined the process and cut out the broker chain. This means that there will not be 5 middlemen increasing the price for the buyer. This is direct to the bank. Also our fee sheet is structured so that any of your buyers that come back for reorders, are yours for 2 years. Keep in mind you are paid on those as well.

That said, we also have Performing and Non-Performing Notes as well. Performing notes are sold at 60-70 cents on the dollar. Non-Performing at 30-35 cents on the dollar. If you are interested or have buyers interested in any of these, reply and I'll send our NCND and Investor Profile Form.
