Yeah, I feel like I was a bit hard on Bruce. I mean, he did follow up post and seems to support his position. And he doesn't seem a dishonest shyster like a lot of the spammers we get here.

But still, SPAM is SPAM. It's self promotion, doesn't contribute to the site and is largely off topic for REW ... which mainly focuses on SEO and Agent/Broker/Client issues, not people hocking their wares.

If he had been a member of the site for a while or had bothered to lurk for a while, it would have been evident. (It would also be evident that most of us don't have the minimum $5,000,000 to give to a guy we met on the internet just yesterday.)

I do agree. It was a mistake posting something on a board I wasn't a part of. I took my partners advice -- but I made the decision, so it falls on my shoulders. Sorry.

Let me be clear. I act as the buyer's agent, which is one away from the compiler. I never accept any money from the buyer, that is done through escrow/title companies. I don't want the head ache or liability, that's why I structured it that way.

While it seems to have validity, I love the photo. I think that should be a default photo. No aspersions to Bruce, but, excepting Halloween is over, still makes me chuckle when I see it.
