Red face Hello from New York

Though it's been a long time since I've thought of myself as a newbie anything, I guess for the purposes of this forum I am. I've been selling real estate in Long Island, New York for over 17 years and am always looking for ways to stay ahead of the curve.

I look forward to the interaction in this forum and see a lot of familiar faces have made it here before me.

    Jim,

I have a question for you. I see you have a web site with Best Image and I'm assuming you've joined them relatively recently (unless you upgraded from a 2.0 site) since I designed the template (colors and photo capability) you're using. How on earth did you get a 6/10 page rank for that site? I've suffered since they lost the alltheweb links and my site went from a 4/10 to a 3/10 and I can't seem to climb back up. Before that I had a lot of quality consumer response, but my numbers are way down.

BTW, I love your other site.

    Thumbs up

Welcome to the forum... He has other realtors web sites linked to his...If you have PR 7 site linking to you over time you become a PR6 or you can have lots of sites pointing to you and it will bring you up.... Here is an example of my resource directory http://www.igotrealestate.com/relocation.shtml of other Realtors feel free to use it... All the realtors exchange links on there some are very slow on responding and some are very fast

longislandlady, I have over 1000 backilnks showing on Google for the Scottsdale site, many are PR7's.
    Just keep gettting good links.

And, thanks for the comment on my Phoenix site. That's the one I work on the most.

Seo-Guy has done a terrific job on that site and it just keeps getting better.
