Bellingham and Redmond are pretty far apart. I'd suspect that MSN would be more pronounced in Redmond, not the entire Seattle area.

I always thought that msn liked meta tages and titles. fresh content seems more likely.

agree with you doogers meta tages , keywords and title is the most important for MSN ...
