For those who don't know me, my name is Reed Botwright and I am the IDX Coordinator at Real Estate Webmasters. I do all of Morgan's dirty work for the IDX's. If you have questions about applying for various feeds, or staying in compliance with your current feed, I will be watching this forum and answering questions.

Hi....we already have an idx feed on our site for ABOR...we are also members of SMABOR (san Marcos) and I do not see that on your idx coverage areas...what are our next steps to getting that feed put in? would this be considered custom? if so cost?

We'll have to check if the "REOs, Short Sales, Auctions etc" made it over from the MLS into the IDX feed - I do not know if they did - previously we've been searching in the remarks for the words "Bank Owned, REO, Short Sale".

I'll take a look in the feed and email your MLS on Monday. - then let you know.

How can I find out for sure if REO, short-sale, foreclosure, bank-owned, etc is included in my feed (SCWMLS)? I see these fields available when searching my local MLS but I don't recall seeing any of them when asked earlier this week what fields I want on my IDX. Thanks.
