Not getting new listings alert

I am new and testing my idx email alerts. I have myself set up for three different saved searches and have not yet received any email alerts.

Is there something I need to do or is there a problem.

How can I get info on the IDX management features - documentation?

I currently have my users on my old IDX system and would like to move them over soon but I need to know that 1) emails are going out and 2) I can have basic management.

Mitch, you don't have any saved searches in the system for your current mitch.argon@freenevadamove.com user. Listing updates were e-mail to two of your users today, but none were generated for you as there is no saved search providing criteria.

There were some saved searches that appeared to have been created by you, but it looks as if you deleted your user and recreated it. When you do that, those saved searches are no longer associated with you. I have created a new saved search for you which should generate search results.

2) Yes, you can perform management on your IDX users. The documentation should give you the information you need. Further information is also available from Thomas (thomas@realestatewebmasters.com) in our CSR department: he's the best person to talk to about these sorts of issues. Thomas is on vacation, but I believe he's back on Monday.
