I use Quantum because they do the mailing for you. I heard of this from the guy that host my website. I will probably ask him soon. I hate to bother him much, because he has already helped me greatly. I will look a CFR and see if I am overlooking something. Thanks Susan.

CFR will do the mailing as well...and I believe they are less expensive. The top realtor in my office uses them and has for years...thats how I discovered them.

I will have to look into it. Can you customize your postcard easy from their website?

Interesting. We have 3 agents here that prospect expireds almost exclusively by mail. Each one uses a different approach or angle, and each gets at least 2 listings a month from it. I am always confounded by real estate pundits who claim that any TYPE of marketing "is a waste of time". It's not the medium, it's the message.

I am a new agent (month) I have a buyer client already that I have been showing homes to just by passing out my business card. I also had a listing apt that may or may not turn into a listing by sending out expired postcards that I created myself with post card paper and my computer skills. I will try the written letter and I was thinking about making postcards from one of the places you mentioned. I may just buy postcards from century21.

I look to see if the numbers are on the DNC List and they almost always are. Did you guys look into realasponce ? they have a video and a nice page but I think it is very expensive. I am looking at low cost because I am new and I really don't have much money. When my client buys if he does I will use that to help me out with new marketing.

But just passing out cards and mailers seems to be going good for my first 2 weeks of mailings.
    Sincerely,
