I guess I hadn't noticed this thread before.

One thing that makes OUR content different is that it isn't bullshit....it is about the "real" world of real estate.

It isn't just "fluff" -- and it isn't written by someone who doesn't know what they are talking about -- and it doesn't insult Realtors -- and it does not contain advertisements - and it doesn't link deeper into another company's site, leading your visitor to lead-generating pages that benefit someone other than you.

I create my stuff to be inexpensive and to help the salesperson earn and retain their own leads. Our site would make more income if I generated leads and sold them.

But I would rather help you generate your own leads.

There is a difference. Some people "get" the difference. Some don't. I like dealing with the ones that do.
