Incidentally, there are no plans to make the upgrade to v 2.0 mandatory, currently it will be completely optional - those not upgrading will see no changes in pricing or support (At this time)

If it works that much better, $10, $20, or $30 more a month isn't unreasonable at all... a single sale a year still has like a 1000% ROI.

Also, if this ends up being a time saver, then the time savings along could make up the cost easily.

Really, the upfront costs for building the site are the toughest to swallow... from that point on the monthly costs are still tiny compared to traditional marketing avenues.

I'm not saying I'm writing a blank check, but I am saying a reasonable cost is well, reasonable.

Thanks Aaron - that is really the way I look at it to - In terms of technology development, we certainly have a vested interest in staying on top (To land and keep clients) but past the development costs, there are typically associated ongoing costs (Hardware, staff to support the applications etc) these I need help covering as they can be in the tens of thousands of dollars per month - however divided by the # of clients, it only means a cost of "tens of dollars" per month.

I am hoping everyone will see it the way you do, and adopt the new technology so that they can allow the tens of dollars help them earn even more commissions.

Holly Crap ! Glad I stumbled across this Post. I have been posting in a couple other forums looking for a better version of my current CMS. I have also been looking for an outside source for lead management. You just saved my day. I am glad I won't have to have another source to keep 3/4 of my info. My office is also looking for a system for the entire office.

Do I need to have an REW IDX to utilize the upcoming lead management system? My board is not allowing other hosting of IDX. I am working on that and hope to get an IDX through you soon too.

I think I am one of the " Older server clients ". Sounds like there are a lot of upcoming changes I need to know about, who should I call and talk to?

    Thanks,

Ethan, your site is olddddddddddddddd and should probably be upgraded to a new framework

Anyways - we are anticipating launch by the end of the month of the new CMS / lead manager. You do not have to have REW IDX to use the lead management

I new it was old but didn't realize it was that OLDDDDDDDDDDDD. It is getting the job done. Last year I tracked $3,000,000 of business back to my site. I do realize it is important to keep things current though. Who do I need to talk to about getting up to speed and set up for the new lead manager?

That would be your sales person (Or you could post in the work orders forum and request a quote) - noone will be able to quote you on upgrades yet to the CMS / lead manager part, because we do not have decided pricing - but any upgrades / additions to your site itself (add a blog, an IDX that sort of thing) the team will be happy to quote you on.
