I agree "All" should not be default for admin, but probably should be for agents, with default sort sequence by status being pending (new), then rejected, then active (non-archived), by priority (highest first), as described below.

Active leads need to have some kind of lead priority. One of the classic lead priority methods, and one I have used for many years in multiple industries, is known as "percentage of probability". This simply means the probability that the lead will result in a sale, with increasing probabilities assigned as the lead progresses through the sales cycle. Initially, leads (suspects) who have not been contacted are assigned a probability of 10% (or "1"). Successful personal contact might promote them to a "2" or "3", depending on results of the contact, or the lead may be archived as a result of the contact. How the higher probabilities are assigned is a matter of personal preference. I would assign "8" to leads under a signed buyer agency agreement or listing agreement, and the highest probability "9" to leads who are under contract for a sale or purchase. Properly applied and managed, this scheme allows agents (and their managers) to focus their time and attention on leads who have higher probability of producing revenues.

In the lead summary list, I would also want to see:
Logins: Number of times this lead has logged on
    Properties: Number of saved properties
    Searches: Number of saved searches
These key indicators identify the most active users, who are probably also the ones we should be contacting most frequently.

Also: Campaign - Name of drip email campaign this user is on, if any.

thanks for some screen shots...i'm sure the feedback will start coming in! One quick question/possible request....

It would be ideal if the end user could customize the appearance and layout of the main GUI. For instance:
    - show/hide certain columns,
    - reorder the appearance of the columns (ideally drag+drop)

This setup should be a preference that a user can save. The reason a feature like this is valuable is because people have very different workflow. For instance:
    - we think that "Last Accession Date/Time" for IDX registrants is one of the most valuable 'tells' of an interested / active buyer vs. just a registration date. We would want this to be a major header/column that we could sort on.
    - some people may want to see a "last name" "first name" column or maybe just an email column instead of all 3.

Again, anything we can do to customize the GUI ourselves without requiring our workflow to change (or one-off custom projects) would be great.

This is certainly in the plan for V2 - and already being worked on - but first we want to get the darn thing out the door first
