Very nice site! No real criticism here. I always like maps and search features and it seems they were available wherever I went and you were still able to deliver information in the center column.

Thanks for the compliments.

The map search feature is probably the coolest thing on the site.

Theres some pretty nice AJAX work on the property details page, whenever you click the map, and then in the photo gallery when you click a photo

The site looks nice and clean. One question, when I went to look at the source code it was blank. Can you explain this to me?

Hey there,

Not all of it was blank. You just have to scroll down a bit.

This is due to the nature of coldfusion. It creates extra white space.

If dial-up was popular, I would be more concerned about it. However, with most people having high speed connections, its really no big deal

Nevertheless, I do hope they fix the white space issue in a future release of coldfusion. I do think they have a cfsilent tag.

I like it about as much as I like my own site. Kind of busy for me. I would try to thin things out a little and give the user some soothing open spaces.

From a functionality and programming standpoint, I certainly think you have covered a lot of the bases for today's real estate site (IDX, mapping, saved favorites etc) however I am really not a fan of the design at all - It feels much like sites you see amateur web enthusiasts create using simple BG and tables - which is kind of ironic as the CSS is actually quite well formed. Kind of reminds me of http://www.w3.org/ which I hate from a design perspective, although it is incredibly usable.

A on the programming side C- on design for me.

I would only say to add some color. Most pages look the same-same tables etc...
I like the map and seems user friendly.
