These numbers are ridiculously inflated:

We have customers on the first page of Google (Highest traffic available) in most of your list and the numbers aren't even that high a month. (yes I realize these are impressions not CTR but even with a low CTR, these are just silly)

Overture does use a 'broad match' in its figures but yeah a bit inaccurate wordtracker is more like it

I just noticed Wordtracker is no longer free. Any suggestions on an accurate wordracker tool that is free. Overture is way off from what I've been able to tell. I've always found wordtracker to be more realistic. However I guess they started selling it in the last few months as I had not used it for awhile.

Overture numbers don't seem to show accurate results at all. We can't even use them for relative comparison of keyword popularity.

I'm in NC and the market is definitely still strong at least in the Triangle. The traffic is flowing. Just wish city-data.com would start accepting advertising.
