Right on the old two step approach. I agree with you 100%. Use the ifrst call to get in the door and then consult the client instead of trying to sell the client. You will get alot further that way. As far as the poepl not likeing to TM, more for us that do. it flat out works if you dedicate your time and effort. if you dont it wont. Its that simple!

Thanks for the comment! We take telemarketing and the strategies we use very seriously as I know does Richard. As times are changing so are the methods of marketing. i just feel that telemarketing will always work. My call center averages 2-3 GOOD leads per hour when we are calling renters with high income. My Realtor clients are converting pretty nicely in this market with all the great buys out there.
