    Hi Tim,

You're absolutely correct - that one does not display the office name on the results pages - I'll get clarification - Won't be able to find out today ( Holiday up here ) -I think it might be that since you have more than 2 lines of text on the listings results pages - it's considered a "detailed" display and the listing office is required. I'll confirm that.

    Thank you,

CMLS allows you to omit the listing office in the case where the search results/thumbnails only have 2 lines of information. Because you wanted to display more than 2 lines of information (makes sense), CMLS told us that we would have to display a CMLS copyright notice, larger icon, and the listing office (essentially turning it into a detailed listing).

Your choices then for the thumbnails are a) removing the listing office and adjusting the display down to 2 lines, or b) keeping the 3+ lines of display and showing the listing office, copyright, and larger icon. I believe it is a small concession for a lot of flexibility.

Thanks Reed. Wish I would have known these silly rules upfront but....whatya going to do. I definitely do not want the listing office info on the results page. I have enough confused people searching for properties.

Can we do this or something similar:
    mls # - $799,000 (pricerange)
    street Address, city

I really need to have mls#, price, address, city at minimum. Anything else is bonus. Sorry for all these piddly changes.
