    Default Finding amount lots sold for in S.W. Florida?

    If I'm interested in a lot(s) in S. W. Florida. How do I find out what the seller paid for the lot originally? Anyone have a good contact they can recommend in the Ft. Myers, Bradonton area for lots to possibly build a home on?

    You might check your County's Tax Records.

    Here in Arizona we can access county records online. You might contact the County Assessor in your area and see if that option is available.
