No Cozzy. It was ok to post, it is just that many webmasters won’t link to you unless you are cached in Google. Some will go as far as not even linking to you unless your link page is cached. That is a bit much IMHO because if the site is in trouble with Google the home page will lose cache even when it was previously indexed. So the fact that the home page is cached means there are no serious problems with Google.
