    Something I just added to my version of the lead management system - Agents can enter (And edit) both the potential $ they will earn if they close deals in the system, as well as how much they actually made from a sale.

    There is a reports tab at the top of the CRM that shows them at a glance for all time for now, this will have a feature where you can run reports over a given start and end date - is this something you guys might want me to put in the real estate version of it? If so, comments are greatly appreciated.
    Starting LEC 7 soon but it won't be called LEC 7 - LEC 2012 coming soon!

    ditto..we would also like to take a look.

    I think you would also want to include on a lead-by-lead AND aggregate level:
    - Contract Value (i.e. buyers likely purchase price / seller likely sale price)
    - Timeframe for buying (i.e. month / year)
    - Probability of closing (based on a percentage)
    - Weighted probability of the individual deal closing

    This would then give people a better appreciation for their sales funnel and opportunities. Additionally, it would be nice if we could could:

    - Classify the lead (buyer, seller, buyer + seller, etc),
    - DEFINE and classify the various stages that they use for lead management which they could track how leads are progressing thru the sales funnel
