Hi Luke,
I just took a look at your site. I think you have a lot of detail on your homepage, not necessarily too much; but I prefer homepages with a simplistic look. This way first time visitors aren't overwhelmed by content. I do like the drop down search menus (looks clean) and I do like the featured homes on the right side. Maybe you could switch out the 3 pics on the top of each page (or at least have different pics on each page). Although the pics you have are nice and scenic, may I suggest that you get more lifestyle pics (these are pics of people playing, golfing, with family, mom & daughter, etc.) Pics like these go a long way! looks preety good , i like the map integration on your sites , hopefully in the future they will have a virtual earth , or google earth integration . keep up the good work

I agree with Rick about the detail... It feels like everything is jammed into the page. The three pics in your header are very similar to the pics in the content (My Featured Properties). It feels like content from top to bottom. I think a simpler header may "un-jam" things.
