Very good reviews from all the REO agents I know, after a YEAR of trying to get them to accept me ,they finally needed an agent in my area and now i'm in!

I did and I no longer do. They pay $40 for drive-by and would not increase, they pay 90 days after acceptance, at least in my state and I've heard otherwise in NY and CA, number of emails they send and phone calls is ridiculous and their QC department was driving me nuts. Not a good company.

I have had good success with RRR. They pay quickly, but their fees are low. Until recently, they were giving me a lot of volume.

Their fees are low because you agree to them. I still find it hard to believe what many of you will do for next to nothing. Gotbpo's post was good as he referred to the many e-mails and their QC dept. taking up his time. Time is money..
I never get less than $175. My volume is also way down but who cares. Before I work for mere pittances like $40, $50 or $75 I will go out on my boat or do something I enjoy! Do some rentals.. That usually helps and there is more money in rentals than BPOs.
It never ceases to amaze me that these BPO companies take advantage of so many of you, but then again you let them by working for mere pittances.
Some of you may not like what I say but it will give you a good chance to look in the mirror!

I've worked for them for years. Payment has greatly improved in last 2 years. Pay has gone way down in the last 3 months. Boooo, hisss. Say no when you are able.
    Also many calls from India.
