I've seen a couple of the posts here and just wanted to throw in my two cents:
Most agents will be using a contact management system (AgentOffice, Top Producer, perhaps even Outlook, ...). There are a number of features in these tools - most of which do a poor job of online lead management because there are so many IDX solutions in the market.
I think most REW clients would gain more from a really good online lead management system that is designed to complement the core elements of the contact managers.
I move all of my leads into my contact manager for tracking, marketing, etc. so I am more interested in features that allow me to control/personalize the new listing experience for my clients. Things like: frequency of emails (daily can be excessive for some who are many months from making a purchase), ability to selectively choose (frequency, email alert, etc.) for each saved search, good unsubscribe features (one saved search, all, etc.), good (flexible) branding for agents - so we can personalize the response and the emails that go out with links, name, logo, photo, etc.;
for saved listings, ability to notify subscribers of status changes (any),
tracking - ability to see how often someone is online within the last X days or months, sort options (discussed) by times online, last visit date, etc.
Again - two cents - hope it is worth at least that.
