I noticed quite a bit of text at the bottom of your house.info page. It doesn't appear to be very user friendly. What is that for?
We give info on home page and this makes density of most ontopic keywords very low. We will create local pages and move content/instructions to other pages and eventually not need them. First step is building user base. Later we may act like a corporate. Also I don't think nonwebmasters care much about them anyway. Majority of sites have distracting content everywhere. Ours is simple even if that part looks childish.
I don't know if simple is a word I'd use to describe the house.info page. Way, way, way too much text, even without the massive amount of keyword stuffing. It was difficult to read past the first few paragraphs. IMO, less text and more white space.Ours is simple even if that part looks childish
Also, not quite sure what your intent is in terms of the many different pictures that you have up and down the right and left sides of the page. What do pictures of the Chicago, Detroit, New York, Dallas and Miami skylines have to do with what you're trying to accomplish? Same goes for the pictures above the "testimonials" on the lower right side. The pic of the woman holding her neck looks more appropriate for a Ben-Gay ad than a testimonial for someone searching for a vacation home.
We created columns for global advertisements which would be expensive. We can still accept ads there but it is not the right time.
City pictures, first they are high quality images, and we expect more ads from big cities, and keywords are relevant to content (to be searched). We don't want to give impression that our site is about houses. Possibilities are infinite, but if we leave them that way, they don't hurt eyes. Next thing to do is adding local pages, not modifying the home page. And after this, deciding how we handle local ads (available but not displayed to prevent spam) and if we accept any global ads.
If you start reading middle column, you will know what is worth reading.
If you say so. Good luck with the siteIf you start reading middle column, you will know what is worth reading.![]()
It looks like you have a lot of the right info on the landing page. How are you generating traffic?
