Hi everyone,
Just a quick note to say who I am and why I'm here. I run a real estate agency in Nice France. We are a property finding service based in Nice and covering the French Riviera. I'm Irish, been living on the Riviera for 3 years now.
I'm here generally speaking to meet people who share my interests (real estate) and more specifically to meet people who may have an interest in real estate on the Riviera or France. Also, people who market overseas real estate to US clients.
So, glad to be here....

That was about all the French I knew when I arrived here. I remember asking a guy a few years ago "What does 'immobilier' mean". It means real estate.
