I have had quite some frustration in this market as I'm sure everyone else has had too. From sellers to buyers and especially mis-representation. I have several solid sources to get packages of REO's whether they are exclusive or ones that are currently being shopped. Typically no one ever wants shopped REO's, but time time a buyer will walk away from a package so you really have no choice, but to sell. I typically sell an outline of the package then wait for the legitimate buyer to come to the table. Unfortunately you get the best response when you just send out a list, but then at the same time you get all the bullshitters who are scared to bring a buyer to the table and want to just play games.
ARE there any solid buying agents out there that can make there principals perform with confidence they will not walk away from them. I mean really this is truly ridiculous. I guess I kind of know the answer and that is NO. Reason being their are so many hands in the pot no one is willing to let go to let the buyer and seller speak directly. Damn, intermediaries!! JK, you guys are a must but you need to have faith in the process while at the same time fine a solid team to work with to bring repeat business.
Any thoughts??
I'm just looking to spark conversation with people who know what they are doing and maybe from there we can help one another.
