    Wissing,
Glad you are gonna make some changes.
I would suggest something else with your site. The background checkerboard is really distracting. Use something that is less straining on the eyes.

Your should try to limit links (inbound and out bound) to 100 per page. The layout of your page looks nice, except the bottom with all the links looks cluttered. I ran your page through this tool http://www.websiteoptimization.com/services/analyze/
and it shows you page is 227577 bytes. You should optimize your images to be smaller. It would take someone 45 seconds to view your page on dial up. Most surfers won't stay if the page takes more than 7 seconds to load.
Your home search requires registration, I wouldn't fill that in if I were a consumer. I would give you fake information and get the information I wanted anyhow. I don't require registration on mysite and it's been very effective in producing leads.
I would get rid of all those outbound links on your homepage, unless they are giving you either homepage links in return or their page with your link on it has very few links and has good page rank. Find a way to hide your email from evil spam bots. (search hide your email address in Googl3)
I like your site overall. Check out this thread for some tools that should help you. http://www.realestatewebmasters.com/thread1397.html

The page looks much better, you got rid a lot of those links. Good job.
I see you only reduced the size of page a little bit, it helps. You want to try to reduce the size of your images more. By size I mean the size of the file not the length or width. Use a program like Macromedia Fireworks or even photoshop and reduce the size of the image as much as possible. I try to reduce my images just to the point of being blurry. My home page is 90034 bytes and takes 18 seconds on 56k modem. That's way to big. I'm working on getting mine much lower. I'm doing a total redesign and want to keep the site under 40000 bytes. Your home page is 208247 bytes and takes a whooping 42 seconds to download on 56k modem. You can download a trial version of DW Fireworks. There is an option called "the export wizard" that will give you tons of options to save images. You can adjust the file size settings and see the results. It works well. Photoshop has the same abilities.
    Good luck.

I've tried several picture reducers & my current favorite is here:

    htt://www.1netcentral.com/web_tune-up.html

Go to "Want Fast Loading Pages?" and click on the GIFBot link. Hit the "Try It" button for any graphic you want to reduce & it will give you different reductions to choose from. Follow the instructions to save your choice to your hard drive.
Money Magazine says that Orland Park real estate is one of the best places to live in the U.S. Check out Homer Glen homes if you're interested in living in the newest Chicago suburb. Next door, Lemont homes are the priciest in the southwest suburbs and have held their value, even appreciating while prices in other areas have gone down.

Photoshop just saves them for web and then allows you to "optimize it" to what ever quality/size you want... very easy, very nice.
Search Homes for Sale in SAN DIEGO and other San Diego Real Estate via the San Diego MLS.
