No this one is a $5000 custom - we are integrating a custom programmed listings engine and a bunch of other goodies into it, this type of development represents one of our full service packages.

I am bringing in some practicum students soon here though, if you need a facelift let me know and I will see if I can squeeze something in

Jackson hole, is an exception - although there is very little traffic, and comparitively few sales compared to major areas, the property values are huge! Also, Jim loves it there it is where he calls home now so now he can sell real estate where he lives as well as in phoenix

That site is a real beauty, so clean - I love the changing scenes and think the colors are superb.
(I am a compulsive proof reader, however, and must give you a heads up: fix the spelling on receive - it's there at least twice as "recieve" )

This is what I would love to see for my next site!! The look is very clean and the layout is great. Really look forward to seeing the listings search engine. Give us an update when it is complete. BTW it looks good on a 800*600 resolution screen(I am sure you check these things, but figured just in case).

Concerning the posts that would like a site like it... I would think that the individual that is paying for a custom design would probably want it to remain unique and would get a bit upset if it was duplicated for someone else.

as for the spelling mistake, that is my designer lol he is notorious for that, we will make the revision on the final version, thanks for looking out.

As for the design - we want to keep each of our customs as unique as possible although for realtor sites there are certain elements we create that users really like, for instance teh concept for the weekly updates was actually something we first did on the ed kirkland site, and the client really liked it, so we integrated it. So borrowing good ideas, yes - copying designs, no.

Besides why would one, want a copy site anyways. A full custom should be unique to the area, in colors, look feel and presentation. We like to think that each area has its own "personality" and that should be conveyed by the design. However there is one thing, that is almost universal in our designs, and that is amazing pictures showcasing the area, in some form or another. I believe a picture is worth a million sales pitches, and if you show someone what moving to that area is going to mean in terms of a visual presentation, you will have a much easier time selling them.
