Does anyone use this company? They charge you for any zip code outside your office zip. Is it worth it?

    Thanks

Been with them for 3-4 months , haven't got ANYTHING From them, but then i spend like $5/month with it.

I've known a agent or two to get listings from there, but it's nothing significant, i guess the best idea might be to try high volume zips with REO inventories to get more listings.

Thanks for the information. They called me the other day and left a message and I was excited because I thought they were calling to give me a listing. Then I found their website and remembered signing up with them and realzied they probably were just calling me to get me to pay for zips.

I did call back just in case, but haven't heard from them since. Do they send you listing via email I wonder?

I am signed up with about 10 zip codes, got my first listing in Oct, and am carrying 10 in listed or prelisted state right now. Just make sure you complete the tasks on time.
I'm used to the system now, but some agents don't like it. Every time you get a task, you are contacted on the email you signed up with.
They never called me to add zip codes; I decided to on my own. It was worth it to me.

I'm confused & lazy. I haven't read the site so ~ what do they do for a real estate agent?

They give assignments? what is that about?
You give them money and they give you assignments?

Are you then guaranteed a listing or buyer then?

Are you competing with other real estate agents from the same properties and paying them for doing this?

I hope you are getting paid for the assignments and you are not competing with others while you pay them?

^ Don, you should check out the site, its for REO agents and agents that are completing bpo's.

I have been signed up for about a month and was able to get a few bpo's
I pay $10 a month and already made $110 so most of my year is paid.
