    Lead Management thoughts and suggestions

    Main page –
    1) It would be great to be able to display if we have the phone# and/email
    2) We would like to be able to see that it has been assigned and to whom – currently we are looking at doing this by creating a Group per agent that we provide leads to…

    Edit Lead Page
    1) It would be good to separate between source of lead (REW forms list, calls, referral, other websites…) from who we assign the lead to.
    2) We would like to be able to display assigned as a ‘Lead Status’
    3) We would like to see the last contact date displayed near the top of the page
    4) We would like to be able to categorize the leads by $ ranges or potential value. I know you have price range at the bottom … just thinking here

    View Favorite Listings
    1) It would be good to have the price range displayed (sourced from the lowest and highest favorite)
    2) It would be good to display the Contact Name of the lead on the Favorite Listings page
    3) It would be good to have a easy way to add favorite manually with a display that shows which we added vs. client added.

    Manage Leads Visit page
    1) It would be good to have the Contact Name of the lead on the page
    2) It would be good to have a comment field near the top of the page – we would use this to display a summary of what they are looking for. And have this carry into the notes area. I find myself reviewing the listings that a potential prospect has looked at and unless I assign the listing – I have to review the details each time to get a feel for what they are/were looking for.
    3) It would be good to have a method to add Lead visits to reflect contacts from other sources.

I will try and provide feedback for Drip Marketing ideas soon.

one more thought - It would be good to be able to merge contacts. when some client creates two or more accounts to be able to keep it all together with both sets of contact information.

today must be 'Lead Management Day'

Another function that would be great is an import and export format. prefer from and to Outlook and Top Producer formats.
