Has anyone used an exclusive buyer agent like http: // www .sanibel-captiva-real-estate .com/ for buying vacation property in southwest Florida? Are there benefits to using an exclusive buyer agent rather than a traditional real estate agent? Thanks for the input!

Hi there, I also want to move to Spain and I can recommend you some property related sites in Spain, SPAM and property in malaga . They help me a lot in buying house in Spain. I hope these could give you some help also. And I think living in the tourist places isn't the advisable choice and this is only my personal opinion.

There is really won't be a difference between a buyer realtor, and a normal one. The difference is in the people's experience, not what sort of deals they do
